We are continually being formed into who God created us to be. At St. Luke’s, we support lifelong Christian formation through worship, education, social activities, and opportunties for service. We welcome children and youth of all ages and abilities to full participation in the life and worship of our congregation.
Church School – Sundays at 9:45 a.m., beginning September 15, 2019. All classes meet in the Christian Education Building across from the Fellowship Hall.
- Infants through toddlers are welcome in our Play Room while church school meets
- Children ages 4 through middle school are welcome to join for Godly Play in the Christian Education Building.
- All children join their families midway through the 10:15 a.m. worship service, at the time of the peace, to share in Holy Communion with the community.
NOTE: Church School will not meet Sunday, October 20th.
First Sundays – October 6, November 3, December 1 in 2019
On the first Sunday of the month, all ages worship together beginning at 10:15 a.m. for a service geared for intergenerational formation. There is no Church School on First Sundays.
Acolytes – Youth ages 10 and older are welcome to serve as acolytes to assist with worship. For more information or to be trained, contact the church office.
Teen Confirmation – Youth who are ready to explore their faith are welcome to participate in the confirmation program. Contact The Rev. Anne E. Kitch for more information.
