The Rev. Anne E. Kitch
Mother Anne came to St. Luke’s as rector in May of 2019. She grew up in the Episcopal Church and experienced a call to ministry as a young adult while serving as a youth minister. She holds a degree in English from Carleton College, an MA in Education from the University of St. Thomas, and an MDiv from the General Theological Seminary.

Justine Smith
Justine, the Parish Administrator and Bookkeeper, joined the staff in 2017. You can find her in the office most Tuesday and Thursday mornings, where she will greet you with a smile. She supports the ministries through organization, communication, and administration. Justine and her husband Chad have two children, Laura and Eric.
